You probably have more of an ability to check out of work when you're not there. You need a way to separate yourself. If you have work related keys, keep them separate from you home keys.
Rituals are good for this. If you have a badge or keys at work, imagine placing the people and tasks of work onto the badge or keys. Then set them aside. Don't pick them up until it's time for work again.
Your brain will do an amazing job separating you from your work stress. You don't have to keep thinking about it.
